2 – 15 oz. cans of black-eyed peas
1 – 15 oz. can of white corn
2 – 15 oz cans of yellow corn
1 – 15 oz can of black beans
Drain the above before mixing.
2 – 4 oz. chopped black olives
2 – 2 oz chopped green chilis
3 large tomatoes chopped
1 bunch of green onions
1 tsp minced onion
1 large chopped green pepper
½ c. fresh parsley
1 – 16 oz bottle of Seven Seas Italian dressing
Mix and refrigerate. Serve as a dip with Tostitos. Lasts a
long time!
